What is the lead time for wholesale and retail orders?
We require 48 hours’ notice for all wholesale and retail orders placed after 5 PM Sunday through Thursday 8 AM. This ensures your slices are freshly made and ready for delivery or pickup.
What are the wholesale order options?
Minimum Order: First-time wholesale customers must start with a Wholesale Starter Pack.
Ongoing Orders: A minimum of 3 standard trays (12 pieces each) or 2 large trays (27 pieces each) per order.
For retail customers, there is no minimum order, but all orders require 48 hours' notice.
Do you offer delivery, and what are the pickup options?
Yes! We deliver to Geelong, the Surf Coast, the Bellarine Peninsula, Bannockburn, Torquay, and surrounding areas.
Wholesale Deliveries: Tuesdays & Thursdays – Flat rate $11 per drop-off. Other days available by request.
Catering Deliveries: Available weekdays and weekends by appointment.
Retail Orders: Pickup only.
Wholesale & Retail Pickup Options: 📍 Bannockburn: Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 9 AM – 2 PM 📍 St Albans Park: Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 4 PM – 6 PM

✅ Cookies & Biscuits – Best kept in a cool, dry place.
What is the shelf life of your slices?
Our slices stay fresh for up to 9 days when properly refrigerated.
