We’re a small, family-run business with a simple goal: to bring joy, one slice at a time.

The 3 Grahams— Trev, Lisa, and Gus— each bring our own strengths and perspectives to the table, helping turn our dream into reality.

Trev, our FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) Electrician, brings a solid work ethic and practical expertise to the team. Lisa, who started as an Accounts Clerk and Payroll Officer, has transformed into our go-to baker, sales assistant, and even delivery driver, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Gus, currently in Year 11 and gearing up for his motorcycle mechanic apprenticeship in 2025, is managing school and helping out however he can.

Our journey hasn’t been without its challenges. Six years ago, Gus was diagnosed with Acute Liver Failure and Wilson Disease, an experience that changed our lives. Thankfully, he’s now stable and living life to the fullest, constantly reminding us of the importance of family, health, and perseverance.

Our business is also deeply rooted in Lisa’s proud Indigenous Australian heritage, which shapes our values and influences what we create.
